Both my husband and I had been in prior marriages and were feeling
negative and defeated about our six year union. We were resigned to
coexisting for the sake of our young son. After our Retrouvaille weekend
we had new hope for ourselves as a couple. We were given the
information to use to keep moving forward together. Before we had
no idea how to do that. We've involved ourselves with CORE group
meetings and know our lives are greatly improved because we took a
chance on Retrouvaille. T&G My husband and I just finished our weekend in St. Cloud. All I can say
is WONDERFUL!!!! I came home with a new and different man, and he has a
new wife! I want to encourage my daughter and her husband to attend the
Sept. weekend. They are in there early twenties, and will be married 4
years by then. They are having some communication problems, nothing
major YET. I would love to see them learn DIALOGUE now, before things
get out of hand. But I won't push. Thank-you for my new marriage! DT

Last Christmas, both of us felt our marriage would not last another
year. We attended a Retrouvaille weekend in January 2004. Retrouvaille
hasn’t eliminated our problems, but has given us the tools to work with.
We have a better understanding of each other and the maturity to talk
things out instead of fighting. We still have our bad days, but we now
fully understand why on those bad days, “That Love is a Decision.”
